Thesis – Marijuana should be legalized because it would aid in alleviating symptoms of certain medical conditions, reduce the cost of manpower associated with prosecuting these crimes and create jobs, which would stimulate the economy.

This article is an excellent source of information. It is recently dated, so I know that the information is up to date.
