The Auto Shop Inventory System is Inventory electronic cataloging software for the replacement auto parts and auto repair System. Auto Shop Inventory System includes part number cross-reference, application cataloging engine, user configurable Part-Finder and Model-Finder menus, automatic inventory adjustment, re-order report, Quote Notes screen, customer file, history file, inventory editing spread-sheet screen, payables file. Look up items by part number, by cross-reference number, by catalog application, by description, by vendor product line, by make and model. The part –Finder menu comes with over 100 part types and description and the Model-Finder menu contains over 50 makes and models of vehicles. This complete inventory/POS package includes Pos.
In today’s modern age where computer has become a way of life, it is avid entrant a majority of the country’s institutions still do not adapt the high technology. Particularly in most Auto Shop facilities, daily Auto Shop transactions are still done on paper. We all know that modern Auto Shop is operating at great pace striving to serve as many customers as possible with the best of their abilities. But as the years rolled by, the number of customers has grown and various repairing cases arise that the manual method of managing customers’ records, description, part-finder, billing and the appointment schedule, is no longer practical. In this study, we hope to developed web-based application that will minimize all paper works and manual records keeping, therefore allowing
vendors and staff ease in keeping track of customers, reducing customers’ waiting time and increasing the number of customer served- a system that is fully automated, user friendly, time effective and efficient.
