Abstract

Summarizes everything about the project. It includes the idea behind the conceptualization of the project, its significance, the project’s major functionalities, the implementation techniques, results, conclusions and recommendations.

By reading the abstract the reader will already understand what the whole project is all about.
A one -page abstract is advisable.

Chapter 4 Results and Discussion

Introduce your project by capturing the reader’s interest in the first paragraph.
Refrain from placing citations or quotes in this section.
Avoid beginning with “This paper/document/thesis/study/projects, etc.”
Discuss the problem background and why you decided to develop your project. What’s wrong with the traditional method ?
This section states the overall goal of the project. You can refer to your Project Definition and be sure that you already incorporate
comments/suggestions from your advisers.
Detailed statements or elaboration of the project goal.
It states the specific steps on how to achieve the goal of the project. Studying a particular programming language or development tool to accomplish the objective is inherent in all pr ojects and need not be included in the objectives.

You can refer to your Project Definition objectives. Be sure that you already include comments /suggestions from your advisers. This is related to Section 1.2 Scope and Section 1.3 Project Constraints and Limitations of the Requirements Specifications. Please refrain from cutting and pasting only, be sure that the content is already updated with comments/suggestions of your adviser.

Listing of all the hardware resources that you need in the development of your project. Be sure to include the specifications.
Listing of all the software tools that you need in the development of your project. Be sure that you include software versions.
Defines the major activities in undergoing your project. There should be discussions after the diagram.
Identifies the sequencing of tasks in the developme nt of your project. You need to highlight the critical path and have some discussions. This is the detailed sequencing of tasks in spreadsheet format with the duration of each task, start date, end date and the member assigned to do the tasks.

Discuss the theories of the concepts that you are going to apply in System Analysis and Design.

Chapter 5 Conclusion and Recommendations

This is the same with the Requirements Specifications. Just be sure that you already include some corrections from your adviser. The sub sectioning...
