There Are Many Characteristics That Make
There are many characteristics that make a successful student. I believe being responsible and accountable are my important qualities. These qualities have proven to be my strengths throughout my professional and personal life. I have held various positions in my nursing career where I have been solely responsible for meeting deadlines and producing meeting agendas. Through this, I have had to learn to be accountable and responsible for my own actions. I have learned that I set my own destiny with succeeding. Learning from my mistakes and knowing what improvements I need to make for the future keeps me striving to maintain being responsible and accountable. As a nurse I feel we all have a sense of responsibility and accountability. We have had to be proactive and responsible for patients we have cared for. Continuing to hold myself to these standards and being discipline will help me set my goals to be a successful student.
