Question 1:

There are five trait of personality to be a leader which is extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and openness to experience. A successful company is a leader can lead a group of people toward the achievement of goals. So, I found the two important trait of personality from Teow .

First one is Extraversion. The extraversion demension captures our comfort level with relationship. Extraverts tend to be gregarious, assertive, sociable, and optimistic. An extraversion leader can let his around of employee feel comfortable and employees are no work in stress atmosphere. In my opinion, Teow is a extraverted leader because from the paragraph one said that Teow believes that a company ‘s biggest asset is its workforce . He put healthy of employees as priority of consideration .He carry out his WHP program for his 60 employees show that he holds an enthusiastic personality and energy.

Despite the initial setback only 10 percent in the organized activities, he consist believes that
