What I understood about the U.S. Population Group from the 2000 U.S. census is that the population Estimates the total resident population and demographic components of change (births, deaths, and migration) each year. Also publish the estimates by demographic characteristics (age, sex, and race) for the nation. The population group in the U.S. born from somewhere around 1976 to around 2000. They are sometimes called generation echo boomers, because some of them are the children of baby boomers.
