What price do customers pay for products and services? In your opinion, is the price of products and services perceived by customers to be high, average, or low? And In your opinion are the customers satisfied?

The table above displays RR’s product line with the models and their relative prices. It is hard to say whether the price that RR charge is higher, lower or average compared to its competitors. It is difficult to do a comparison on price because some of the models that RR’s competitors offer may have more or less in features, which as a result reflects in different costs. However, with respect to this part of the assignment, we can only assume that everything else is isolated and irrelevant so we can analysis RR’s market price in regards to its competitors (price is something that consumers see first, not the features that it comes with). * Robust Roasters| * Ambex| * Diedrich| * Probat| * Ozturk| * TKMSX5 - $13,800| * YM5 - $11,500| * IR5 - $17,500| * L5 - $24,350| * OKS5 - $11,900| * TKMSX10 - $14,900| * YM10 - $14,500| * | * | * OKS10 - $15,400| *

* First of all, as we can see from the table above, RR charges $13,800.00 for the 5-kilo roaster, which is slight higher than Ambex and Ozturk (Rosters, 2009). However, RR’s price for the 5-kilo is significantly lower than the price of Probats’, which is $24,350.00, almost double the price of RRs’. On the other hand, RR sells its 10-kilo roaster for $14,900.00 and its competitors at $14,500.00 and $15,400.00. RR is pretty much on par with the price of its 10-kilo roaster compared to its competitors. So with reference to determining the price of a product depends on the supply and...
