The Sixth Sense Movie Review
The Sixth Sense
Release Date: 1999
By: Gretchen Robers
“The Sixth Sense” changed the view on life as it is today. After the movie came out the audience was astonished. This movie is one in few movies that have many plot twists throughout the film and leaves hints about what's going to happen in the future. When you are watching the movie, some parts don't make sense. That sounds bad but it’s what makes the movie so great. Uncomprehending the movie makes you question yourself and keeps you watching the movie to see what will happen. M. Night Shyamalan, the director of this fantastic film, made sure that every little detail in the movie had meaning. He also made sure that he picked the correct actors for the position. Dr. Malcolm Crowe was played by Bruce Willis and Cole Sear was played by Haley Joel Osment. In the movie Cole, has a problem that only Dr. Crowe can relate to. But not only does Cole have a major problem, Dr. Crowe struggles with an issue as well. Throughout the movie they both try to overcome their problem with each other by their side. They both need to find their strength and overcome obstacles together which leads this movie to be so great. With the outstanding actors and actresses, The Sixth Sense deserves a 4.5 out of 5 star rating. This movie was put together so well by the director and couldn't have been any better. The only factor that was bad was that some parts in the movie, lighting was off so they should have fixed that to perfection. All in all i definitely recommend “The Sixth Sense” if you love

From just a structure and story standpoint, I loved the unpredictability of the movie. It’s rare that I find I have no idea where a movie is going, but that was the case here. Due to the fact that this is one of my favorite movies, and how much I enjoyed watching it, I would rate this movie a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The only reason I felt that it didn’t deserve 5 stars is because I found some of the parts in the movie to be rather confusing. At times, scenes were hard to follow and truly understand what was happening. For example, Eva and Paco went to the convenience store. When they arrived they unexpectedly bumped in Cindy and her boyfriend. Paco…

The rating I would give this movie out of ten would be a seven because the movie was good but it was not as good as book; I say this because the book is great and the movie cut out some parts of the book that are very good. the movie also did not get the whole plot in one hour and thirty-one minutes. That is why I give the movie seven out of…

“A story: A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he’s finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands; love a woman, build a house, change his son’s diaper; his hands remember the rifle.” Jarhead is not a war movie about a physical war between countries; it is about an internal war a soldier faces during, and following a physical war in which he is a witness. The main character, Tony Swofford tells his story starting at boot camp, through the first Gulf war, and shortly after his discharge; in an attempt to give the audience a better understanding of what happens within a soldiers mind as a result of being in combat.…
