Chapter 1
Chapter 1 contains the Background of Study, Statement of the Problem, Hypothesis, Theoretical Framework, Definition of Terms, Significance of Study, Scope and Delimitation, and Paradigm.

Background of the Study
Television and Computer is one of the greatest inventions of man. Television or so we call TV makes our daily entertainment. It can bring us news or just plain entertainment. Computer I may say is one of the world greatest invention. It helps us in our daily life like helping us in business. It can make our lives easier by the program. Also with a computer everyone can get accesses to the internet. It makes it easy for us to learn things around the word and help us connect to our love ones anywhere in the world. Television and computer can also get so much of our time. In this study the researcher wants to know if there is a connection between study, computer and television.

Statement of the Problem
This research aims to determine “Correlational Study of the relationship between the Study Habits of Westbridge High School Students and their Computer and Television Habits” This research answers the questions below.

Questions:
1. What is the level of study habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students grouped as a whole? 2. What is the level of study habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according to year level? 3. What is the level of study habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according to academic status? 4. What is the level of computer habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students grouped as a whole? 5. What is the level of computer habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according to year level? 6. What is the level of computer habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according academic status? 7. What is the level of television habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students grouped as a whole? 8. What is the level of television habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according year level? 9. What is the level of television habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according academic status? 10. Is there a significant difference in the level of study habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according to year level? 11. Is there a significant difference in the level of study habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according to academic status? 12. Is there a significant difference in the level of computer habits of PAREF Westbridge High school students according to year level? 13. Hypothesis
At the end of the study the researcher would like to prove that: There is no significant relationship between the study habits of students and their computer and television habits. Theoretical Framework
