VRIO Analysis
    The VRIO analysis takes a comprehensive look at various companies resources and capabilities. The value, rarity, inimitability, and then if the company is organized to exploit this resource or capability is examined. It has become an obvious leader in the consumer technology Industry.Supply Chain Management: It has been argued that Apple has achieved such efficiency in its supply chain that the company operates as a monopsony (one buyer, many sellers), in that it can dictate terms to its suppliers.
