Trevor C. Sanders is an attorney that works at Aaron J. Prisbrey, P.C. He attended Hurricane High School. He received his Associate degree at Dixie State College and his Bachelor degree at Columbia College. Then he went to Law school at Thomas M. Cooley. The reason why he turn out to be an attorney is because he didn’t believe the garbage in the articles he read. Trevor wanted to represent good citizens. He wanted to make sure laws were observed and respected. I’ve learned that attorneys are people who are qualified to practice law within a given jurisdiction. Their held responsible for acting as the advocate for the client. Attorneys provide legal advice that will help serve the best interests for the client or object that involves legal services. They present the case of the client to the legal system in such a way that the best possible resolution obtainable under the law is reached. They help arrange the affairs of private citizens. An attorney is also often required to make temporary arrangements, such as creating powers of attorney, launching a bankruptcy for a client, or creating a trust fund for a loved one. An attorney may be requested to draft business contracts, rental contracts, or employee contracts for businesses. In conclusion an attorney makes sure that all transactions are conducted in a way that is in full agreement with the laws of the land. Trevor told me the job can get very stressful. The phone keeps ringing and you have to meet deadlines. But Trevor said “It feels good helping people and very satisfying when you win”.
