The Internal Factors of the Human Resource Office

Labour turnover
This is also called employee turnover, which is the ratio between the number of employees that leave a company and the total number of employees over a given period.

Working capital
A good pay will encourage an employee to work in poor conditions sometimes.

Lack of job satisfaction
If the employee does not appreciate or feel important in the work they do, the person will want another job

Low salary
A fixed regular payment made by an employer, often monthly, for professional or office work as opposed to manual work. Low salary means an individual or family is living below the poverty line.

Redundancy
Redundancy is a situation where employees are dismissed from a particular area in a job because they are no longer needed for that area anymore.

Lack of training opportunities
If the employer does not provide training opportunities, it is a possibility that the employee will search for employment elsewhere where his/her skills can be improved

Resignation
A resignation is the formal act of giving up or quitting one's office or position. A resignation can occur when a person holding a position gained by election
