The feeder type of a common ball mill

Inspection on the equipment and its subsidiary facilities. (1) The ball mill inspection: a. Check the loose screws, the loose, broken screws on the lining plate in particular, which may lead to leakage; b. Check the wear pattern of the sand return spoon head; c. Pay attention to the coarse running and ball vomiting of the ball mill discharge. (2) The oil feeding system inspection: a. Check the oil pressure constantly to keep it within the range of 1.5~20kg/cm2;b. Check the oil mass and temperature, and the temperature should be less than 30 degree centigrade; c. Check the king journal oil flow distribution of the ball mill to keep them well-distributed; d. Check the viscosity and cleanness of the oil. (3) The motor and electrical appliance inspection: Mainly check the motor temperature and make the temperature rise within the allowable value. (4) The Classifier equipment inspection: a. Check the blades of the Spiral Classifier to make sure all is on and the rolling is stable; b. Check whether the whirlcone feeding pressure of ball mill is stable, and there are leakage or clogging.

The adoption of the drum type feeder can solve the previous problem. Meanwhile the innovation should be made to sand return system of the grader, such as lengthen the grader cell body, adjust the established angle, alter the distance between the ball mill and the grader, add the automatic sand return mechanism on the top of the grader so that the ore is discharged from the top of the grader, by the sand return sliuce, the attitude difference automatic flow and the crude ore sluice, enters into the feeder. The updated ball mill machine is of obvious energy efficiency as well as better Ball Mill Equipmentreliability and maintainability.
