The Environment and Water Conservation

Our environment has many problems and issues, awareness, communication

and motivation are some of the keys that are needed in order to help with our

environment.   If we take the time to make people aware of these problems

than our environment has a better chance to recuperate and have a better

change of survival in the coming years.

First I would like to give a little bit of and explanation and back round of

what the environment is and why it is so important to take care of it. The

environment basically is everything that surrounds us, like land, air and

water just everything that we can see, touch, and feel. The environment also

includes living things like trees, animals and everything that has life and

needs are to breath and survive.   The environment is not all the same across

the world, depending where we live it can be hot, cold, dry or wet. The main

reason why we want to take care of our environment is because we want to

keep living in a well put together place. There is no back up plan, we only

have one Earth one world there is no replacement the Earth is our world or

home. We want to continue to breathe clean air and drink pure water and

also not eat contaminated animal meat or products. Humans are not the only

ones that are affected by the problems that our environment has, like I

mentioned before it is everything that breathes and has life.

The earth, atmosphere and the environment all work together and provide

something that we all need towards life support.   The atmospheres for

instance consist of layers that protect the life on earth by absorbing

ultraviolet rays and warming which is the greenhouse effect. According to

scientist and Wikipedia in 1985 a hole in the ozone layer the size of the

United States was discovered over Antarctica, also according to the Yale-

New Haven Teachers Institute this hole has now grown 40% since it was
