Team Vision To work together as a team to the best of our abilities. To achieve a shared goal through the teams combined efforts in working together. To complete this PPM Course and have the same team completing the APM. To promote excellence and lead by example. Team Values Responsibility – Each member will submit assignments and participate in the compiling there of. Honesty – each member must be honest regarding work submitted and the amount of effort that is in putted. Interdependency-team members cannot achieve their goals in isolation, but instead rely on each other to meet shared objectives. Major Goals All members will review assignment drafts. All members will have allocated assignments done at least a week before submission for review. All assignments will be submitted on time.
Formal / Informal Roles The Team Leader will submit results for each assignment to the group by the “Group Submission Date”, whereby the team members have 2 days to add comments and findings. The Team Leader will resubmit the final results to the team with all changes/additions before submitting the final assignment to SBL.
