INTRODUCTION
Background of the Study

Student nurses are said to be the future nurses of the generation. And so the nursing students are expected to perform well in the clinical set¬-ups and as well as to boost the knowledge in all areas most especially in the classroom where the fundamentals of Nursing, theories and all important practices are being taught.
In order to become therapeutic and effective caregiver to the patients and clients, it is important that students are equipped with enough knowledge to perform all therapeutic actions/ interventions for the betterment clients.   However, student nurses might have some difficulties that could distract focus on studies.
