This crushing plant is specially designed for output of 100-120 tph. In this crushing and screening plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE600*900 whose capacity can be up to 70-150 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1214 whose capacity is 80-160 tph. For screening materials for different sizes, vibrating screen is playing its role. Compared with the former two small crushing plants, this crushing plant is of capacity 150-180 tph. In this crushing and screening plant, we choose vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE750*1060 whose capacity can be up to 130-260 tph. Secondary crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1315 whose capacity is 160-260 tph. Vibrating screen is also used for screening materials with different sizes. For small quarry mining crushing and screening plant, you can choose this crushing plant with output between 100tph and 120 tph. Till now, this medium crushing plant has been widely applied in Zimbabwe mining, Tanzania quarry, Zambia mine crush, Algeria minerals mining, Kazakhstan quarry, Indonesia coal crushing, etc. The PC hammer crusher (hammer mill)is developed for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgic material, construction material, road building, and petroleum & chemical industries.
