Dear Sir,

Here is a report on “The communication process of some insurance companies with their customers”, which you asked me to prepare on the 10th MAY 2005.

To understand the communication process of insurance companies in Khulna City, I have surveyed many insurance companies to gather information, which I observed as relevant to the topic of the report. The information provided by you in your class lectures was also helpful to me.

In this report, I tried my best to find out how the insurance companies are communicating with their customers and what the main processes are. I also tried to relate my academic knowledge with its practical usage.

Therefore, I hope that my report will fulfill the need to understand the communication process of insurance companies in Khulna City. I assure you that the report is totally self-explanatory.
