The Best Job Ever

The best job ever to me is being a mother. Being a mother means taking good care of your children as well as responsibilities. I believe the more you show them you care, the more they show appreciation. When you realize that you have other lives to look after, motherhood smacks you in the face. The moment I found out I was pregnant, a million thoughts were going through my head. I was in automatic shock. There was so much to be done to prepare for the new baby. During my pregnancy, I had already felt like a mother. I only felt this way because of all the stuff I was doing and what I had to go through. There’s so much to it that you’d never suspect. But every sense then, I’ve owned up to all the hard work that comes with this job. I actually enjoy being a mother to my daughter every giving day. This brings me closer and closer to my little girl. It makes me happy to see a smile on her face because it lets me know that I’m doing my job right. Everyday it’s kind of like a routine that comes to reality. It allows me to remember what I need to. Spending time with her will show her how much mommy loves her. Feeding, bathing, clothing, and teaching her right from wrong are also part of mothering.

When you think about it, it’s awesome to have your child love you back for all that you do for them. I look at it as an accomplishment. Being a mother takes a lot of patience and hard work. Even though, sometimes it may require a little resting. You can count on long nights without sleep. It takes a strong woman, like me to get the job done and still get some rest. Then you wake up for the next day to do it all over again. This permanent job can get stressing, but that happens a lot. But when they are older, there’s less work so it’ll make...
