The Best Day in My Life

The best day ever for me is ,definitely, 24.05.2008.,Eurosong in Belgrade. At the begining of the year my mother told me that she isn’t able to buy me ticket, and I was very sad. I was really hoping that she’ll find a way to buy it. But, time was passing and I lost hope. In the morning of 24.05. mother came into my room and yelled ‘’We’re going to Eurosong!’’ I couldn’t believe. I packed my things and we sat in car and start our journey. We arrived in Belgrade at about three o’clock. I was so excited all day. We ate and settled in a hotel called ‘’In’’. It’s next to the Belgrade Arena,where Eurosong contest took place. I dressed up and we came to Arena at about 7 o’clock. There was a large crowd. All around me were people in camouflage clothes,with flags of their countries, who were singing songs. Everything was so perfect and unreal. I had a Serbian flag and hat. The words aren’t enough to describe that crowd of people,that place,that event.. You just have to feel it. I was full of adrenalin. Finally,we sat. We had great places! From our place,you can excellent see the stage. Show began. Hosts were great, they entertained the audience. Singers emerged on the scene one by one, they sung and danced. The atmosphere was getting better and better minute by minute . The fans yelled, waved flags, danced, including me. I danced and entertained like never before! Thenwas a declaration of a winner. When the winner came out on stage fans were delighted. They all yelled, some even cried. It was crazy! Best of all, when I came to the hotel, I met almost all participants of the Eurovision Song Contest and took pictures with them. They also stayed in my hotel! I will never forget this
