As we all know, the worn of the impact crusher plate hammer only appeares in the side facing materials. When the rotor rotate at a normal speed, the feeding materials will fall to the board surface of the plate hammer, it won't be worn the plate hammer back and flanks, even the side facing material wear also rarely. But when the rotor rotate at an abnormal speed, the plate hammer will be worn easily.
The former board hammers are usually made from high manganese steel, which is suitable for crushing materials with medium hardness, but when it crush such as basalt, diabase, biotite, granite and other high hardness materials, the plate hammer must have good corrosion resistance as well as high wear resistance. Nowadays, the generally used plate hammer is mainly made by high chromium cast iron, and high chromium content means relatively good toughness. However, high chromium cast iron brittle and its high price promotes the continuously research of new wear-resistant materials.
Reportedly, after many experiments as with the crushing characteristics of impact crusher, reasonable application the most advanced nanotechnology, experts of Zhengzhou Materials Institute has developed the new casting wear-resistant materials whose sexual price is at present 1-2 times higher than the general materials, which compared with similar imported products, semi solid extrusion hypereutectic high chromium plate hammer has the advantages of high security, high wear...
