Women’s fashion in the 1920’s there clothing developed closer with art and it was expressed in a simple elegant designs with careful selected fabrics and intelligent use of different colors. There was beautiful coordinated and accessorized outfits were a feature of 1920’s ladies fashions. Hats, shoes, stockings, handbags, dresses and jewelry they all came together to create a unique and elegant style that can only be appreciated when seen in the streets. Women’s fashions experienced dramatic changes in the early 1920’s in the end of the first world war. The passing of bustles and corsets gave clothing designers much greater freedom of expression. The dresses were lighter and brighter and shorter than ever before. Fashion designers played around with fabric colors, textures and pattern to create a totally new style of dresses. Silk stockings in all the colors of the rainbow, often with patterns we’re designed to match the coordinated outfits of stylish women. Women used to wear flapper dresses with lots of sequins at night and short styled haircuts. Women wore corsets to flatten their chest and narrow their hips since their new sense of liberation rendered breasts and hips unfashionable. Some women wore suits with long hemlines and somewhat full skirts with belts at the waist of jackets.
