* Termination Letter is a type of letter written to end an employment, contract, agreement, lease, service and any matter which requires to be terminated.

* Termination letters are types of business letters or official letters written in certain formats. Letters of termination are written for various situations as mentioned but the most common and obvious one’s are those which are related to employee termination.

In fact, the mention of termination letter is almost synonym with the firing of an employee. It is true but to say that termination letters are only meant for ending employment is not the absolute truth.
