Goal of the paper:
What is the role of media in our society?
Over the last 500 years, the influence of mass media has grown exponentially with the advance of technology.
First there were books, then newspapers, magazines, photography, sound recordings, films, radio, television, the so-called New Media of the Internet, and now social media.
So we should come to understand the role of media.
Research question to be answered:
1. What is the role of media in different ages?
2. What is the influence of the media?
3. How should we face to the media?

Media plays a significant role in our society today. It is all around us, from the shows we watch on television, the music we listen to on the radio, to the books and magazines we read each day.
Media can contribute a lot to a society. It can change opinions because they have access to people and this gives it a lot of strength. This strength can either be used constructively by educating the people or it can be used destructively by misleading the innocent people, the most important use of media is to educate the people about the basic human rights.
The dilemma of the developing countries is that people are not fully aware of their basic rights and if they know, they don't know about what to do and where to go. They don't know their collective strength. Even they don't know how to protest and what is the importance of protests.
