The research could not have been completed without the assistance of a number of persons. Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to the residents in the community of Bamboo who contributed towards the completion of the questionnaires. Secondly, to my friends and family members who assisted me in issuing questionnaires and encouraged me when times got hectic. Finally, thanks to my teacher who dedicated her time so as to ensure I was on the right track.
This research specifically speaks to the causes of teenage pregnancy in the community of Bamboo. It is compiled with information based on various causes and what can be done to alleviate such. Bamboo is a small community in the parish of St. Ann. It is located nearby to the capital and hosts between five to ten thousand persons. Over the years, I have observed that teenage pregnancy has become more rampant and as a result I have decided to conduct a research to discover some of the causes of teenage pregnancy and highlight some recommendations.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
