    The article “Tackling the Topic of Teens Sex” posted on 19th January   2005   in the msnbc (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5344844) by Victoria Clayton is about the teens sex which are troubling. The writer   began writing at her parents' house in Cambridgeshire. She is a British author of children's books such as "The Winter of Enchantment" and "The House Called Hadlows" - have been reissued by Fidra Books. After spending four years living in rural Wales and the Isle of Skye, Clayton went to the University of Cambridge to study English. She then married straight after graduation and spent many years living in the country and bringing up her children. In 1997, however, she returned to writing books: Out of Love was her first adult's book. Past Mischief (1998), Dance with me (1999), Running Wild (2000), Clouds Among the Stars (2003), Moonshine (2004) and A Girl's Guide to Kissing Frogs (2007) followed.

      The article reports that in recent years, hooking up—having casual sexual relationships without commitment—has become a more common, openly discussed pastime for many teens. When it comes to sex, teens need — and have always needed — guidance from their parents. In addition, parents can play a protective role in delaying early teen sexual activity and reducing the risk of harmful consequences.
