Team Ground Rules and Guidelines

What are the general expectations for all members of the team?

1.) Team member will share in the participation and collaborate together to finish team assignments 2. Good coordination, cooperation, availability and desire to work. 3.) Each member should respect each other’s idea

4.) Team member should strive to bring out the best in each member through encouragement and support. 5.) Each member must know that they can depend on one another if a problem arises in order to complete an assignment. 6.) To be available and to do each task to the best of their ability 7.) All members of the group will put their best effort in completing task in a timely manner. 8.) We will set deliverables in which the group will determine what we are looking to complete before each project. We will earn an A in this class.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.)

1) .Work together to ensure project completion and a certain degree of available time flexibility is expected from all team members. 2.) Members are expected to respond as soon as possible
3). All projects are expected to be completed efficiently, in a timely manner and with good quality. 4.) Time is an important factor. We must coordinate and agree on how to divide the work, as we will communicate and when to deliver the work. 5.) We will use alternative communication channels if needed.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?
