Abstract
When organizations proceed to do a project, there are numerous aspects to consider which will influence the project success. Some factors can be predicted with calculation and evaluation; whilst others are more difficult to estimate and can affect the project, especially if the project is related to the environment, then the probability of unexpected events rises. Wind Farm projects have to cope with those circumstances. Meridian Energy Ltd., the New Zealand’s largest state-owned renewable energy generator has built Te Apiti Wind Farm project, one of the largest wind farms in the world. It was designed in light of important power shortages and limited forms of available power generation in New Zealand. Numerous uncertainties had affected the process of this project, but it had been interestingly handled thanks project team and a coordinated structure. In this report we will explore the effective project team management of Meridian Energy...
