For this reason, we have a drug-testing program at our locations; which includes testing pre -employment, post accidental and just cause. Schedule - We expect you to work the days you are scheduled and to be on time . Tardiness and absenteeism are not acceptable. You should expect that due to the nature of our business , you will be required to work some evenings, weekends, summer months and holiday periods. Personal Appearance - All team members are expected to wear the required uniform proudly and comply with all grooming standards. No other dress is acceptable. We have very strict and specific guidelines that include restrictions for facial hair, jewelry, and body art. Personal hygiene is very important because of the close contact with our guests. If you have specific question about the personal appearence policy, ask the Store Director. Every John's Incredible Pizza Company Team Member has daily contact with our guests . Excellent people skills and courtesy are required all times. If you do not enjoy working with people, this is not the job for you. Cleanliness - Our standards for cleanliness are high and we expect every Team Member to help us achieve those standards. Attitude - We hire Team Members who smile, have an upbeat attitude, and like to deliver incredible guest service.
