Taming Our Anger.
Anger is some kind of feeling that all human beings experiences. But in earlier, more civil decades, public displays of anger were unusual to the point of being aberrant. Today, however, whether in petty or deadly forms, episodes of unrepressed rage have become part of our daily landscape. (Langan,J. College Writing Skills ( Seventh Edition). McGraw-Hill) Furthermore, in the following paragraphs I will talk about the reasons make us angry and how to resolve it. Why are we so angry?
According to me, why are we so angry? Because there are three components to blame for our societal bad behavior ; time , technology, and tension. Firstly, I would like to talk about the first component that is time. According to the research, I have found that less of time will make people angry, whenever they have to work longer hours and no time for others. They will be tired by the time they are back. When their family members,friends, and others approach them, they will be rude and angry with them. The matter will get worse , many of them will face stressful to commutes at the beginning to the end of the workday. (Langan, J. College Writing Skills ( Seventh Edition). McGraw-Hill) When these kind of problem start to the occur they cannot involve with the community activities; attending their children sports day, school programs, and extra-curricular activities; and our houses, yards and cars will cry out for maintenance.(Langan, J. College Writing Skills (Seventh Edition) . McGraw-Hill) To avoid the stress they need to use their leisure time to take rest so it can make them feel better. On the other hand, high technology can also be blamed for the anger. High technology is meant to make our life easier but sometimes it give us more problems. For example, a student using a handphone, it can cause them anger by receiving calls from their friends or unimportant calls while they are studying in class.
