INTRODUCTION

“Time and Tides keeps changing in every second.” This statement is universal truth like this way every organization keeps on changing day by day. Also the gradual of industrialization brought about a new sense of realization among the entrepreneurs to give higher importance to man-management relation. Therefore there are number of management institutes which came to existence for providing overall education regarding the man-management. Every organization has four most important components these are man, money, materials, and machinery. The success and failure of the organization depend on the effectiveness of these resources. However man power, human resource plays vital role in in the success of an organization. So, the management should take right steps in human resource management. So to earn the knowledge of man- management every management institute come up with different specialize area for it learning these can be categorize into Personnel management and business administration and also labour management.
