System is a commonly used word to describe the set of relations between element and a set of elements on particular region. For example agricultural system, political system, economical system etc. System describes the nature or the body of particular organisation or a region. There are many factors that have impact on a system such as social, economical, technical and location factors. One more important factor that has a huge impact on a system is the culture which defines the success or failure of a system. In order to understand the relation between culture and system health system is taken into consideration.
Health system:
The health care systems are designed to meet care needs of particular area or population. Health system comprises of all the institutions, organisations, resources and charities that are devoted to take actions which are intended to improve health. Most national health system include public, private, regional (traditional) and informal sectors. Any health system main aim is to provide four basic functions which can be defined as financing, resource management, stewardship and service provision. These systems vary from country to country in some countries the health care systems are distributed among the market participants, in some countries the system is run individually by government and in some cases by charities, trade unions, private organisations, religious organisations etc. the system are designed basing on population and the regional factors. For instance for a country like England the health care system which is called as NHS mostly concentrates on the health issues which are mainly caused by the cold weather as the country is mostly effected by the low temperatures. As defined earlier system is a chain of elements so if one element is effected the whole chain gets disrupted so each and every factor in a particular region which have impact on the success or failure of a system.
