Strategic Plan, Part I: Conceptualizing a Business
CSS Inc., Care Staffing Solutions, is a staffing agency specializing in recruiting for small and medium size health care businesses. Finding local talent and doing all the paperwork as well as getting background checks, and setting up contracts is only part of what CSS does in order to provide employers the top talent for their hiring needs. We take the work out of finding caring healthcare professionals. The target market is small and medium sized businesses in San Diego. The goal is to become the leading healthcare hiring recruiter nationwide. Our main focus will remain for small to medium size practices and hospitals/clinics.

The customers will be small practices with one or two doctors to medium sized clinics or hospitals nationwide in three to five years. We provide the best customer service and expect all of our temp-to-hire employees to do the same. That is why we also give customer service workshops on monthly basis. Our products are the employees and services we offer include accounting and taxes, if needed.

From the receptionist or patient service representative to the doctors themselves. That is why Care Staffing Solutions provides our clients with the best in quality employees and customer service. * Integrity and Ethics- Though diligent work ethic and positive customer and business interactions, integrity is one of the cornerstones of our business. Building strong relationships with integrity is what will set CSS apart from our competition. * Hardworking- We will work hard to give you what you need. We will have a database of employees or potential within a five-mile radius of the facility that needs a healthcare professional. This serves a couple purposes. Makes work/life balance better for the employee, makes it easier for the employee to be on time, every-time, and easier for the employee and patients to build good rapport. People love to talk to other people that live where they live, and shop where they shop. They could be neighbors. Makes patient interactions better if paired with exceptional customer service. Goals

The long term goal of CSS is to become a nationwide company. We will be helping each community in America obtain the right employees for each open position within their organization.
