-Translate the current concept to the market demand: broaden your audience by allowing smaller offices.
-To make the office building more attractive to its clients, offer the client a rental free period. -When interest rates fall again, people have regained confidence in the economy and are willing to invest again.
-Incrementally finish the building, i.e. floor by floor. As soon as enough companies have signed up for one floor, use their upfront payment to finish the floor and then go to the next etc.
