SWOT ANALYSIS

STRENGTH
Shakey’s Caloocan is strategically located at Edsa Caloocan near Monomento. Within the vicinity of area are schools like Manila Central University, World Citi Colleges, hospitals, malls, offices, banks, bus and jeepney stations, hotels, churches and residential houses making Shakey’s at the heart of Caloocan dtrhsrhCity. Being one of Legacy store, Shakey’s Caloocan delivers the best dining experience. The secret is space. There are simply more room inside. Space between tables are just right so people dont bump into each other. Guest dining in Shakey’s Caloocan feel relaxed and leisurely. Outside the store, there are ample and secure parking. High ceilings and bigger tables are rare in restaurants, and they provide greater comfort. For private get-togethers or office events, Shakey’s offers the expanse and convenience of bigger function rooms. Shakey’s is mainly specialized in pizzas and they had come out with variety of choices. Their contact number is also very special because it is extremely easy to remember. The food or menu attracts people of various ranges from young to old.. The good image makes the organization more strong. Shakey’s is providing good taste, quality products with qualified staff, good atmosphere and hygienic environment. They are also providing free home delivery service which is more convenient for the customers. Lastly, Shakey’s Caloocan is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week providing more customers.

WEAKNESS
There is a slum residential area near Shakey’s Caloocan that affects the luxurious image of the store. Some customer sometimes complaint that there are flies inside the store which also hurt it’s hygenic image. The prices of food in Shakey’s are reasonable to thier quality of food and good service but is not always affordable that can be enjoyed by people from different economic and social status. The most often complaint in the guest’s comment card is that the food is high-priced....
