Executive Summary Suzlon Energy Ltd is the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturers and producer of others wind components. Suzlon is the world’s 5th largest and Asia’s no. 1 wind turbine manufacturer with a global market share of 10.5%. Suzlon is present in 20 countries across five continents – including Australia, China, Brazil, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, India, New Zealand, South Korea and US.
The success of Suzlon is based on the demand for renewable energy by consumers and business, a demand that is driven by environmental issues such as global climate change as well as rising oil and gas prices. Suzlon is working towards increasing its market share by combining innovation, focused R&D, providing end to end solutions and vertically integrated manufacturing strategy to deliver maximum value to the costumers. Today Suzlon has wind farms across all the major windy states of India viz. Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh.
During the project I gathered information regarding wind power projects and its benefits. I prepared the database for the ROM (Rest of Maharashtra Region) i.e. except Mumbai all over India with the sample size of 952 WTG’s installed in this region. Database consists of all the information regarding the machine and its customers i.e. Machine Availability, Transmission loss, Capacity, Customer Group, Power Utilization etc. I also gave Quarterly Presentation to the clients which give the information about the performance of their machine.Analysis of SAP CRM software which Suzlon uses to serve its customers.
ROLE OF CRM
