contempt of Court initiated against Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, emanate from noncompliance with the directions given by this Court to the Federal Government in Paragraphs No.177 and 178 in the case of DR. MOBASHIR HASSAN v FEDERATION OF
PAKISTAN ( PLD 2010 SC 265 ) for the revival of the request, withdrawn by the former Attorney-General, Malik Muhammad Qayyum, to be a civil party in a money laundering case in Switzerland.
