Emmanuel Armah –Kofi Buah was born on May 10 1966. He is married with two children. He attended KNUST- Kumasi Ghana and is currently holding BA (Hons) Social Science (law). Also Graduated at University of Maryland UC. USA, with Master of Science (Management). He also trained and enrolled on the United States Postal Service-Management Training Program: and Selected among thirty (30) best candidates out of 4000 across the USA for a two years on the job training to fill top management positions in the Postal Service. These included processing, delivery operations, customer service and sales, marketing and finance and human relations.
