EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Customer Service at Thane Bharat Sahakari Bank includes the process of understanding the Customer service delivered at the bank, functioning of the bank, the study of Deposit schemes, Services, Loan schemes and the facilities. The analysis of present customer service of the bank and how the customer service can further be improved was studied. In short it helps us to understand the importance of the role played by customer service in today’s competitive world. Today, banks must continuously invent new products and services to attract and retain customer.
