This analysis report has been conducted within the framework of the contract between EUROCHAMBRES and the European Commission (ref. SI2.ICNPROCE009978600). The analyses were carried out by the project’s partners: − Catherine Puthod and Christian Picard, professors at the Institute for Management Research and Economics (IREGE) at the Savoie University − Typhaine Beauperin, Policy Advisor for EU Affairs, EUROCHAMBRES − Michel Beyet, Head of European Projects, Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the Rhone-Alps Region This report has been made with the financial support of the European Commission. The results presented do not, however, reflect the official views of the European Commission The present final project report is made up of three parts: 1. A technical report (section 1) which provides an overview of the implementation of the pilot action “A Helping Hand for SMEs – Mentoring Business Transfer” from January 2007 until August 2009. 2. An analysis report (section 2) presenting a statistical evaluation and assessment of the quality and impact of the mentoring. 3. Conclusion and recommendations (section 3).
