Before, letters is a way of communication. When technology arises, many application and software develops that may help in our daily lives. Users can access information by internet because of extensive resources. Mobile phone is one of the popular inventions made by the technology. Phone calls and text messaging are one of the major purposes of mobile phones. But now, mobile phones can access to internet. The popularity of mobile phones increase rapidly because of the demands of users. This is the time when mobile applications arise too. The researchers develop an Information Dissemination System for awareness, responsiveness and collaboration of the students from the college using a mobile application.

The researchers aim to create and update an Information Dissemination System using a mobile application to inform the students for the special announcements about upcoming events or advisory.
Most of the students are unaware from the upcoming events because of miscommunication between the students and disseminator. Different point of reference affects the understanding of the students and may lead to misinterpretation and misconception of information. Spreading information with an imprecise decision because of changing on plans may result to disorientation or confusion of students regarding on the upcoming events. Information is disseminated in order to educate, explain and promote a concept about the events.
