SCOPE OF STUDY:
The present study is ubiquitous in nature. Its scope extends from planning to coordinating a co of all four essential of any organization i.e. men, money, material, machine. The men i.e. man power constitutes a critical base of organization. The attitudes, knowledge, skills of employees, decide the cob’s survival without positive attitude and excellent skills of the employees, any employees can’t expect any increase in growth rate. Hence satisfaction level of employees about resources policies at all level of management is an essential issue. LIMITATION OF THE STUDY:
The limited number of sample prevents the data from generalizing the results.
The results obtained can’t be regarded as the final one because the application of human resource facilities vary from cadre to cadre and time to time. •
The emotional status of employees is not considered while collecting the data.
The tool used is not standardized.
The policy making decisions include entire population of employees.
