Introduction
More and more, computers are creeping into every aspect of school life. We are living in a fast paced world where everything is done instantly. Many teachers are using computers to ease the time burden associated with the figuring grades and filling out report cards. Good software and meaningful applications provide substantial benefits for students and school administrators as well: vastly improved communication, greater accountability, better student compliance, and greater objectivity in evaluation. With the advancement of information technology, the Internet suddenly became an important aspect for local and global connectivity. Portal is defined as web site that provides a single point of access information and one of the many hosted within a single web portal server. With the introduction of web portals, colleges started developing web applications that would make student information and activities in school accessible up-to-date 24/7. It is now termed as Student portal. An online student portal is one of the essential parts of a school. As technology evolves alongside, the information revolution, the power of computer makes it easy to distribute and view information needed with just a few clicks. As this technology now exists, Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, Computer Technology researcher proposed and will able to develop the web application or said web portal. The students, professor, parent of the students have the ability to access their own account information. It involves the collection and evaluation of evidence on students' achievement or performance over a specified period of time, such as academic semester, or entire school year.
