Statement of the Problem
The study aims to know the perception of the faculty and staff of Polytechnic University of the
Philippines Sto. Tomas Branch, Sto. Tomas,
Batangas in the monitoring and evaluation of
Student Information System as the basis for the proposed SIS Enhancement Plan.

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions:
