ABSTRACT OF THE STUDY

This study will be able to automate this certain school. This will also enable us to create a system that will store, retrieve, and process information about students. This information about students are reviewed by the school head to be able to check the school, if there are problems, modifications that should be made, or improvement to make the education of their students better.

The school should check every matter to be able to assist the students with their students. Check the progress of their students to know if their system is effective. The Student’s Information System that we come up with shall be able to help the school to have a faster and easier processing of information and help the school offer a better education for their students. This will let the students, teachers, and school head to gain more accurate information that they are in needed.

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
June 18, 1962 saw the birth of the Villasis High School. The local administration of the time was composed of Mayor Ramon E. Costales, Vice-Mayor Juanito O. Cali-moso, and Municipal Councilors Emilio Bascos, Perla Madrid, Nemesio Ramat, Pelayo Mina, Florentino Florendo, Eustaquio Lopez, Servillano de Leon, and Alfonso Ragasa. These were the men who worked as a team to make a dream come true… the putting up of a school, which would offer, cheap but quality secondary education.

Mrs. Toribia C. Ordoñez, the newly appointed Principal II, was well aware of her responsibility when she first reported for duty on Villasis grounds on September 19,1988 officially accompanied by and presented to the faculty and personnel by no less than the Asst. Superintendent Carlos G. Beltran and Division Supervisor Jaime Cabatbat. Mrs. Ordoñez served at Sto. Tomas, Pangasinan as Principal I for 13 fruitful years.
