Review this week’s resources (for example SMART criteria, and the Career Plan Building Activities). Respond to the following in 50 to 100 words each:

1. Describe one academic goal that you have created using the SMART criteria. How do SMART criteria contribute to your academic goals?. ? My academic goal is to get my Associate Degree, Bachelors degree and Masters degree in 6 years. The SMART criteria helped discover if my goal is realistic and attainable. I do not want to start a goal, and it is not realistic or attainable. Researching the Phoenix Degree Program shows that I can achieve my goal in this amount of time if I stay focused and motivated.

2. Describe one professional/career goal you have created using the SMART criteria and Career Plan Building Activities results. How did the results of the Career Interest Profiler and Career Plan Building Activity on Competencies contribute to your professional goal development? I was uncertain as to what type of business to open after I finish school. Using both tools have helped reach me to decide. If I reach my education goal of Masters Degree of Business in 6 years. I will be at the top of my game and have the knowledge that I need to run a successful business. Learning I can be a top executive at a company was excellent. I did not think that I would be a good fit for a top executive position. Top executive is now something that I can look into and add to my goals. I discovered in the Competencies Survey my weakness is networking. Networking plays a big part in the Modeling Industry. I have to work on making networking one of my strengths.

3. Describe the stress and time-management strategies you have learned this week that will help you achieve your goals. I learned that it is okay to take a break during my study time and reward myself. I always get stressed out and feel overwhelmed when I...
