SCENARIO
Mr. Ali Mujtaba was working for a leading IT firm at a senior position, due to downsizing in the company he was made redundant. As a result of his redundancy he received £200,000 in cash. Mr. Ali Mujtaba's wife wants him to start looking for another job but he has decided that he will not work for someone else but instead he would like to set up his own business so that he can utilise his knowledge and skills in full. After extensive research Mr. Ali Mujtaba decided to setup his own IT support and consultancy company. He approached his local business centre to seek some advice relating to financial requirements, HR planning, Marketing etc.He has collected all the information and is very comfortable with all the other aspects. He registered his IT company as “Blue Orange Solutions. He needs some advice relating to the financial resources and planning.The “Blue Orange Solutions ltd” with establishment cost, seed capital and working capital is working to be around £500,000. He has £150,000 with him for immediate investment. The balance £350,000 he needs to borrow. You are the financial advisor to Mr. Ali Mujtaba.
