A little History about strokes and how to avoid it and realize when it’s in affect.
A stroke is something that is very serious and deadly. Instead of a heart attack it’s a brain attack. There are two general categories of strokes. One is Transient Ischemic attack and ischemic attack. A stroke is when the blood flow for the brain is cut off and blocked off. Some people can recover from a stroke or because it s a silent killer it can damage the brain in an amount of seconds to no recovery because brain cells cannot be replaced. About 700,000 people suffer from strokes and about ¼ of them die and the others are left with damages for life. It’s very important that people take care of their health and understand the risk factors there are. Age, use of birth control pills, overweight, high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart diseases are many of the high risk factors of people most likely to have a stroke.
Transient ischemic is similar to strokes. It has the same signs and symptoms but after a couple of minutes u would return back to normal. It’s pretty much considered as a mini stroke. Transient should be considered very serious because it can lead to actual stroke which can lead to death or permanent damage. Ischemic is the severe one that is a blood clot in the artery and travels on up to the heart and the brain. Then a blood vessel then begins to rupture. This is more deadly and is considered an actual stroke.
There are many different kinds of signs to realize that you are in danger of having a stroke. Every time that you think you may be in danger of a stroke think about something attacking your brain. Weakness, numbness, paralysis in arms, leg or face, blurred vision, dizziness, loss of balance, problem speaking, severe headache are all common signs to recognize a stroke. As soon as you realize...
