The more modern our life become, the more we think and do. I think That is reason why many people now suffer from stress-related illnesses. Stress comes from many different things and is the cause of many problems in a person’s life. So what can be done to overcome the problem? I will discuss the reasons that I feel are most important for that issues.
In our live, we have a lot of things to do, try to strive for mastery to succeed in job, study, family…. Stress maybe come from major changes in our life, daily inconveniences, physical causes. Life likes cardiograph, which is up and down. We don’t know what will happen to? Stress comes to us from the bad news: a lost job, a death in family, or from the change of environment: high school to university, or the something new: a new member in family,… etc In the other hand, the causes of stress is daily inconveniences such as: Argument with relationships (family, friend, boss, co-worker); pressure or expectation from family; responsibilities; deadlines; test; … It’s not only from the elements outside but also from physical. We do much but don’t eat enough food were full of nutrients; sleep less 8 hours. It is also emotional, feelings such as worry over our family or job, especially failure in loving, career…furthermore. Even small things such as long waits or delays or traffic can cause stress In order to manage your stress you need to make some lifestyle changes, ensure you are eating a balanced diet and doing plenty of exercise, get enough sleep. Allow yourself leisure time to enjoy your hobbies like reading, sewing, or music. Completely remove yourself from your environment, either for a few hours or for a real vacation. You may also try changing some major things in your life. Once you realize what is causing stress in your life, you can implement measures to control it.
