Executives, managers and every employee experience stress at work place (Bashir and Asad, 2007). Estimation about 100 million workdays is being lost due to stress and nearly 50% to 75% disease is related to stress (Bashir and Asad, 2007). High portion of absence and loss of employment is occurred due to stress at work place.
